We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at Hoebridge Golf Centre. From welcoming members in the restaurant to helping deliver memorable events and functions, you'll play a key role in creating fantastic experiences for our guests.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Food & Beverage team, no two days are the same. You'll be involved in everything from daily restaurant service to supporting exciting events and private functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm welcome and excellent service to members and guests
- Taking food and drink orders, sharing menu recommendations and daily specials
- Serving food, drinks, coffees and alcoholic beverages in line with company standards
- Supporting the delivery of events, parties, golf days and private functions
- Preparing and setting up for events and functions
- Helping set up and reset event spaces to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Upselling menu items such as desserts, drinks and starters
- Ensuring orders are accurate, well-presented and delivered promptly
- Maintaining clean, organised and well-stocked service areas
- Completing opening, closing and daily service tasks
- Working closely with the team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
