We’re on the lookout for an Adventure Golf Supervisor to help steer our pirate-themed Adventure Golf course toward smooth sailing, sparkling service, and treasure-worthy guest experiences.
As Adventure Golf Supervisor, you’ll be first mate to the Food & Beverage Manager helping run a high-energy, family-friendly operation while building a motivated crew of Adventure Golf Professionals. Your goal? To make sure every guest feels like they’ve stepped into a swashbuckling adventure, every round runs shipshape, and Hoebridge is firmly recognised as the ultimate family leisure destination in the area.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the daily Adventure Golf operation - rain or shine
- Manning the Adventure Golf kiosk and greeting guests with a hearty welcome
- Opening and closing the attraction, cashing up tills, and securing the ship for the night
Delivering Legendary Service
- Ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, memorable voyage from start to finish
- Serving food and drinks
- Keeping the pirate course clean, safe, and ready for the next crew to board
Leading Your Crew
- Motivating, developing, and supporting your Adventure Golf team
- Helping recruit and induct new crew members
- Rewarding top performers and coaching where improvement is needed
- Keeping communication clear so everyone knows the course (and the compass)
Keeping Things Shipshape
- Supporting health & safety, food & beverage audits, and compliance checks
- Carrying out daily inspections of the course and facilities
- Looking after equipment, stock, and Adventure Golf assets like true treasure
Hunting for Treasure (Sales!)
- Promoting Adventure Golf events, parties, and special offers
- Helping maximise revenue through great service and smart upselling
