What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver outstanding service at the bar and with table service to our range bays
  • Welcome our guests and arrive their bookings at our driving range reception
  • Support customers with Trackman technology - offering advice and troubleshooting when needed
  • Ensure the safety of all guests using the driving range and compliance with range ball policies
  • Monitor and maintain top-quality hire clubs and range balls - removing any damaged equipment
  • Open and close the driving range with professionalism and care
  • Uphold and enforce BGL's company policies and procedures, including food hygiene, alcohol service, stock control, and health
