What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and hands-on maintenance across the clubhouse, grounds, and facilities
- Carrying out general repairs, painting, and routine upkeep
- Leading and supporting the Adventure Golf and Driving Range maintenance teams
- Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment in line with Health & Safety standards
- Keeping service and training records up to date and audit-ready
- Working with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money
- Keeping the workshop organised, safe, and professional
- Managing maintenance budgets and planning work priorities around business needs
- Communicating clearly with managers, teams, and external partners
