- Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
- Flexible availability, including weekends and busy golf/event days
Personal Qualities
- Self‑motivated and dependable
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Team player with good communication skills
- Takes pride in producing quality food
Although the contracted salary is 21,000 per year based on a 30‑hour working week, the role will typically operate closer to a 40‑hour working week during busier periods. Any hours worked above the 30 contracted hours will be paid as overtime, in line with the agreed overtime rate. This means that in peak months, earnings will reflect the additional hours worked. During quieter periods, particularly in the off‑season, working hours will return to the 30‑hour contractual agreement, with salary remaining at the agreed base of 21,000 per annum. This structure provides stability through a guaranteed 30‑hour contract, while offering the opportunity to increase earnings during busier months.
