b Sales Executive - Functions Events - Dartford /b br b Position: Sales Executive - Functions Event Sales /b p b Responsible to: Sales Manager Group Sales Manager /b /p p /p p b Main Responsibilities: /b /p ul li Collaborate with, and support colleagues to ensure the club achieves and exceeds its Functions Events targets. /li li Being self-sufficient on lead generation, through effective follow up calls, outreaching and any other means deemed necessary by the Manager. /li li Support the Sales Manager in ensuring social media accounts are updated with engaging content to attract interest in our pages. /li li Understand key competitors and monitor their activity and pricing structures. /li li Conduct tours of the club, showcasing facilities. /li li Respond to incoming telephone, email and walk-in enquiries. /li li Convert enquiries into sales through effective follow-up and closing techniques. /li li Ensuring that all sales procedures are being correctly implemented and used to generate new leads and convert enquiries to business. /li li Prepare proposal and contracts ensuring that deposit and payments are received on time. /li li Prepare weekly events sheets in accordance with bookings and liaise with operations team. /li li Assist with marketing campaigns and follow up with telesales. /li li Promote functions events in accordance with marketing plan. /li li Contribute to new sales initiatives and campaigns. /li li Being fully conversant with the Clubs Health and Safety policy and emergency procedures for fire and accident, reporting any accidents in the prescribed manner. /li li Take on any additional duties as requested by the Club Management team. /li /ul p /p p b Daily tasks include: /b /p p 1. Handling telephone/email enquiries following the company standard by fulfilling the criteria set out on the Telephone Enquiry Assessment Forms. /p p 2. Touring prospective customers following the company standard by fulfilling the criteria set out on the Tour Assessment Forms. /p p 3. Responding to Web Enquiries within one hour by telephone where possible. /p p 4. Processing prospect information accurately onto the prospect system and following up all enquiries by setting actions on the prospect system accordingly. /p p 5. Processing new events onto the system accurately and correctly. /p p 6. Making a minimum of 20 outgoing quality contacts per day on the telephone. /p p 7. Generating new leads using social media and outreach activities. /p p 8. Contributing to the planner by putting ideas forward and carrying out activities on the planner set by the Sales Manager. /p p 9.
