Hospitality Supervisor – Dartford Are you a natural leader who thrives on high standards and leading by example? Do you bring energy, positivity, and a sense of fun to everything you do? We\’re looking for a Driving Range Team Leader to take our operation to the next level. This is more than a supervisory role, you\’ll be acting as a key support to the Range Hospitality Manager, owning the day-to-day operation and helping shape the experience for both our customers and your team. This isn\’t just about keeping things ticking over, it\’s about driving standards, building a strong team culture, and making sure everything is spot on, every time.
Responsibilities Leading, inspiring, and developing the team to deliver exceptional service in a fun and engaging environment.
Taking real ownership of the Driving Range operation, confidently stepping up in the absence of the Range Hospitality Manager.
Setting the standard through hands‑on leadership. Leading by example every shift.
Creating a culture of collaboration, where the team supports each other and succeeds together.
Ensuring all areas consistently exceed customers\’ expectations.
Handling customer interactions with confidence, building trust and turning challenges into positive experiences.
Driving high standards in health & safety and compliance, ensuring we\’re always audit‑ready.
