Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests and members.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages.
- Serving food and ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
- Operating tills and handling payments.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café, bar, and dining areas.
- Assisting with stock control and replenishment.
- Supporting the team during events, functions, and busy periods.
- Following all food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a food and beverage, hospitality, café, bar, or restaurant role is desirable but not essential.
