We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, and motivated Driving Range Supervisor to join our team. As a supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of both the driving range and food & beverage areas, ensuring customers receive a first-class experience from the moment they arrive. You'll lead by example, support the management team, and help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for golfers and visitors alike.

The Role

  • Oversee the smooth daily operation of the driving range and customer facilities
  • Supervise food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and customer care
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members across all operational areas
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and confidently resolve customer enquiries
  • Assist with staff training, shift management, and daily team organisation
  • Manage till operations and end-of-day procedures
  • Ensure driving range bays, ball machines, and customer areas are fully operational and well-presented
  • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the facility
  • Assist with stock control and inventory management
  • Support basic operational maintenance and report any issues promptly
