About the Role As a Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food while maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, presentation and service.
Your Responsibilities Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes to company standards.
Assist with menu planning and seasonal specials.
Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.
Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
Help minimise waste and control food costs.
Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver excellent service.
Support and encourage junior team members where needed.
What We're Looking For Previous experience working as a Chef or Cook.
Passion for producing quality food.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
