- Work with a supportive, talented Head Chef and kitchen team
- Get involved in everything from daily service to weddings and corporate events
- Take real ownership in the kitchen – stepping up in the absence of the Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Showcase your creativity while maintaining high standards

What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping run a smooth, efficient kitchen delivering delicious, well-presented dishes
- Preparing and cooking menu items to our quality standards
- Making sure every plate looks as good as it tastes
- Keeping your section organised, clean, and audit-ready
- Following recipes and ensuring timely service
- Supporting with functions: golf groups, weddings, parties, meetings – you name it!
- Maintaining top-tier food safety and hygiene standards
- Looking after kitchen equipment, stock and F&B assets
- Being a team player who communicates, collaborates, and works with pride
How Success Is Measured
- Customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Audit performance
- Feedback from the Head Chef, F&B Manager, and General Manager
- Personal objectives and contribution to the team
