We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our amazing team and support the General Manager in delivering an exceptional experience for every single guest.
What You'll Be Doing One minute you'll be helping a family enjoy their first visit, the next you'll be leading the team through a busy Saturday afternoon, supporting an event, coaching colleagues or jumping behind the caf counter when things get busy.
You'll: Lead from the front and inspire the team every day.
Help deliver incredible guest experiences across the whole venue.
Be the Duty Manager, making sure the site runs safely, smoothly and efficiently.
Coach, motivate and develop a brilliant team.
Support recruitment, training and performance.
Drive sales through fantastic service, promotions and upselling.
Help plan rotas, events and busy trading periods.
Keep standards high, from cleanliness and compliance to food quality and safety.
Work alongside the General Manager to continually improve the business.
Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings energy, positivity and a real passion for people.
You'll probably have: Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, leisure or retail.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
The confidence to lead and motivate a team.
Great organisational and problem-solving skills.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions.
A flexible approach, including evenings and weekends.
Plenty of enthusiasm and a let's make it happen attitude.
Golf knowledge is a bonus-but it definitely isn't essential.
We'll teach you everything you need to know.
