Type of Contract: Part‑time, 2 days a week, any two days Monday to Thursday

The Burghley Estate is a diverse business based in Stamford, Lincolnshire. At the heart of the Estate is Burghley House, set within 1,500 acres of historic parkland. Business interests include Burghley House, Gardens and Adventure Play visitor attractions, a busy programme of public and private events including the world renowned 5* Defender Burghley Horse Trials, Burghley Park Golf Club and a significant property portfolio.

We’re looking for a creative and versatile designer to join our busy Marketing team on a part‑time basis (2 days per week). The role is based in our office at Burghley House.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll play a key part in bringing our brand and campaigns to life, working across a wide range of design projects including:
  • Printed materials such as brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, and signage
  • Advertising and Event collateral
  • Social media and digital assets
  • Reports and presentations
  • Support for ongoing brand development

You’ll be working closely with our marketing team, ensuring everything we produce is visually consistent, engaging and on‑brand.

Skills Required

  • Proven design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva or equivalent
  • A strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
  • Skills or interest in video creation and editing would be a bonus
