As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our New Business Team.

Previous sales experience is essential, but legal or conveyancing experience isn't - we'll provide all the training you need.
In addition to a competitive basic salary, you'll benefit from an uncapped commission scheme, with top performers typically earning an additional £1,200£1,500 per month in commission.
The Role As a Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients looking to instruct a solicitor for their property transaction.
You'll speak with clients over the phone, understand their requirements, provide conveyancing quotations, explain our services and confidently convert enquiries into instructions.
You'll play a key role in helping grow the firm by delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving conversion targets.
This is a consultative sales role with warm inbound enquiries - no cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
Responding promptly to new client enquiries by telephone and email.
Understanding each client's requirements and recommending the most suitable conveyancing service.
Preparing and providing accurate conveyancing quotations.
Explaining our services, fees and the conveyancing process clearly and confidently.
Building rapport with prospective clients and overcoming objections professionally.
Converting enquiries into new instructions.
Following up outstanding quotations to maximise conversion rates.
Keeping accurate records using our CRM and case management system.
Working closely with our conveyancing team to ensure a smooth transition from instruction to onboarding.
Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey.
Consistently working towards individual and team sales targets.
About You We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is motivated by achieving results and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience in a sales, telesales, customer retention or business development role.
Be confident communicating over the telephone and by email.
Be able to build rapport quickly and gain the trust of prospective clients.
Have excellent listening, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Be self-motivated, target-driven and resilient.
Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Be confident using computers and learning new systems.
Be professional, enthusiastic and able to work as part of a supportive team.
Previous experience within conveyancing or the legal sector is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
