As part of our continued growth, we're recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our Conveyancing Department. Our incoming Residential Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. This role suits someone confident handling their own files with minimal supervision, while maintaining excellent standards of client care.
- Handling new build transactions where applicable, including developer and lender requirements and tight exchange deadlines
- Is a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Has solid residential conveyancing experience (ideally 2+ years of managing their own caseload)
- Is comfortable using digital case management systems and technology
