An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and adaptable person to work within a St. Jamess Place Partner Practice which is based in Cheltenham town centre. You will be managing the work generated by a Partner and offering support as required in this people centric business. The Role : You will be working with the Partner in all aspects of office management including: Preparing letters, presentations and reports Preparing all documentation for the Partners meetings Ensuring client information is recorded accurately Dealing with third parties on a daily basis Client communications by telephone and email Managing the pipeline of business through the Practice.
