An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional PA to join the growing team at a Partner Practice of St. James's Place (SJP). This role will support the Practice Principle and allocated Financial Planners in all aspects of client and business operations.
The Role:
- Ensuring end-to-end business and client processes are adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with the practice, SJP and regulatory standards.
- Liaison with clients and third parties in relation to the practice activities with the highest standards of customer service.
- Acting as one of the first points of contact for client administrative queries.
- Utilising all systems and processes effectively with high levels of attention to detail.
- Keeping Salesforce up-to-date and maintained accurately.
- Liaison with the Practice Manager for day-to-day guidance, troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
- Working as a team with the other PAs, providing cover for the Practice Manager and guidance to Practice Administrators, as needed.
- Completion of all required training for compliance and personal development.
You will have an initial period of training to learn the practice processes and skills which will provide you with a solid foundation for a career within a Financial Services Practice and you will have the opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation and Development framework.
The Person:
- This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, highly organised, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a can-do working style.
- You are reliable with proven relevant Personal Assistant experience.
- You have exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail.
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) & Client Management systems.
- Keeps calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
