An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and adaptable Senior Administrator to join a St. The Senior Administrator will be managing the work generated by the Partner and providing ongoing top-level support, which will include Practice Management duties along with some Paraplanning and/or Technical Administration.
The Role:
- Setting up clients' annual reviews and producing and collating key data, preparing relevant Illustrations, projections and valuations, including any compliance documentation
- Responsibility for managing Salesforce and keeping all client details up to date
The Person:
- Senior administration experience within a St.
- An understanding of Investments, Pensions, and other financial planning products
- Experience of producing high quality client correspondence including review letters and draft suitability Reports
- Experience of Salesforce client management system
- Experience of managing client accounts with a natural flair for building rapport and effective working relationships
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
