Location: Farnham / Guildford area (office based)

Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc. An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager within a highly successful SJP Partner Practice. You will be managing the operational needs of this busy practice. You may be an experienced Practice Manager or a Senior Administrator looking to further develop your skills and knowledge. You will be looking for a role where you can work closely with a small team to ensure the smooth delivery of all business processes and client servicing requirements.

The Role:

Reporting to the Partner, as Practice Manager you will manage all operational aspects of the Practice. You will be managing the admin support team to effectively deal with all new business and client servicing requirements. You will oversee all the operational aspects of the business on a daily basis. This will include a review of current processes and, where appropriate, introducing change within the business. Providing an outstanding level of service to your colleagues and clients will be of utmost importance to you, and you will inspire this quality in your team. You will coordinate communication with clients and third-party providers and deliver regular updates to the Partner and Advisers. You will ensure that all activity is tracked through the CRM systems and will provide Management Information to the senior management team.

The Person:

You will have previous experience in a similar role within a professional office environment, ideally in financial services. You will have experience of managing and developing others. You will have a good understanding of how you can add value to this business, and you enjoy working as part of a team. You are used to using IT systems and have used Salesforce. You will be a confident professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. You have common sense, influencing skills and enjoy problem solving.
