Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Plc. An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager within a highly successful SJP Partner Practice. You will be managing the operational needs of this busy practice.
You may be an experienced Practice Manager or a Senior Administrator looking to further develop your skills and knowledge. You will be looking for a role where you can work closely with a small team to ensure the smooth delivery of all business processes and client servicing requirements.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Partner, as Practice Manager you will manage all operational aspects of the Practice on a daily basis.
- You will be managing the admin support team to effectively deal with all new business and client servicing requirements.
- You will oversee all the operational aspects of the business on a daily basis.
- This will include a review of current processes and where appropriate, introducing change within the business.
- Providing an outstanding level of service to your colleagues and clients will be of utmost importance to you, as a natural leader you will inspire this quality in others.
