An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join a family run practice who are an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc. The Practice delivers a highly tactile relationship with its clients and needs someone who can work within a small team to help enhance our proposition experience even further. Someone who can evidence ‘extra mile’ client experience will be essential. Being a family business, we pride ourselves on treating & respecting our clients as if they were part of the family.
The Role - Senior Financial Planning Administrator
You will provide efficient administrative support within our practice, in respect of business operations and the servicing of clients. You will produce relevant paperwork for the client, on behalf of the Adviser, including quotations, illustrations and valuations, as well as processing new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards. You will be required to handle queries from Advisers.
