Working as part of the team at a Senior Partner Practice Representative of St. James's Place Plc, you will be part of a team managing the work generated by the Partner and offering support as required. This business works with individuals, families, and business owners to provide high-quality financial planning and wealth management advice. The Role:
- You will be providing technical and administrative support and assistance to maintain an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice.
- You will be responsible for business submission using bespoke software.
- You will need to ensure that business is processed accurately and within agreed timescale.
- You will undertake ad-hoc work to assist the Partner with client servicing.
- You will be expected to have previous experience and relevant knowledge to undertake this role, but training can be given in some areas, and you will have the opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation framework.
The Person:
- This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a can-do working style.
- You will have relevant experience in Wealth Management; SJP experience would be a great advantage for the role.
- You have excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can make decisions.
- Ideally, you have used the CRM Salesforce.
- You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision.
- It is essential that as a Senior Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
- Any relevant qualifications or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be an advantage but is not essential.
