We are an SJP Partner Practice in North Leeds looking to appoint an experienced Technical Administrator to join our growing team. Our Practice is highly successful and prides itself on offering a first-class service to all our clients, providing them with a range of investment and retirement products and solutions to meet their financial goals and objectives.
You will be providing technical expertise to support and assist in this process, through undertaking detailed research and analysis of a wide variety of financial planning solutions, plus producing compliant financial planning reports for our Financial Advisors/Partners to present to clients.
As our Technical Administrator, you will be the go-to individual for advice on technical queries and your duties will focus on covering the full client journey, including:
- Conducting research to source suitable solutions
- Completing detailed and informative reports
- Liaising with the Administration team to ensure business is accurately processed and systems are correctly updated
There may be opportunities to attend or even host client facing meetings from time to time. You will always strive to produce well thought out and meaningful Client reports that demonstrate your attention to detail and understanding of their needs.
Technical Administrator Requirements:
- You should be an experienced Technical Administrator with great administration & report writing skills
- Proven work experience within an office support role. Financial Services experience is useful
- You will ideally have experience of Life, Pension and Investment products
- Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
