Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Plc, an outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager within a highly successful SJP Partner Practice. You will be managing the operational needs of this busy practice. You may be an experienced Practice Manager or a Senior Administrator looking to further develop your skills and knowledge. You will be looking for a role where you can work closely with a small team to ensure the smooth delivery of all business processes and client servicing requirements.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Partner, as Practice Manager you will manage all operational aspects of the Practice on a daily basis.
- You will be managing the admin support team to effectively deal with all new business and client servicing requirements.
- You will oversee all the operational aspects of the business on a daily basis, including a review of current processes and where appropriate, introducing change within the business.
- Providing an outstanding level of service to your colleagues and clients will be of utmost importance to you; as a natural leader, you will inspire this quality in your team.
- You will coordinate communication with clients and third-party providers and deliver regular updates to the Partner and Advisers.
- You will ensure that all activity is tracked through the CRM systems and will provide Management Information to the senior management team.
The Person:
- You will have previous experience in a similar role within a professional office environment, ideally in financial services.
- You will have experience of managing and developing others.
- You will have a good understanding of how you can add value to this business, and you enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are used to using IT systems and have used Salesforce.
- You will be a confident professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. You have common sense, influencing skills and enjoy problem solving.
