You will be a key member of the team at a highly respected Partner Practice of St. James's Place Plc. The company provides bespoke financial advice and services to executives, managers, families, and entrepreneurs. The company fosters a professional environment where the whole team collaborate and share their knowledge to deliver an unrivalled level of service to their clients.
Your Role:
- You will deal with a wide variety of administrative tasks supporting your colleagues and clients of the Practice.
- You will manage and collate key data for reports and portfolio reviews.
- Dealing with enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers.
- Managing the database of clients and diary management for the Partner and Advisors.
- Processing new business and writing basic suitability letters.
- Specific training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast-paced environment.
The Person:
- This role would suit a positive and motivated individual who enjoys contributing to a small, high-performing team.
- You will be organised, confident using your initiative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, you will have experience in a PSS (Partner Support Services), client services, or office support role, preferably within financial services, or a related professional services environment, although this is not essential.
- Outstanding client servicing skills and the ability to build rapport and manage professional relationships.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines is essential.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs.
- Experience of using Salesforce would be advantageous, but not essential.
- You will be a confident communicator at all levels with a good standard of education, including excellent literacy and numeric skills.
