We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic Machine Operators to join the Production Department. The role is key to ensuring that quality standards are met and customer orders are completed on time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the line on a day‑to‑day basis and achieve daily performance measures, OEE, Labour Productivity, PPM.
  • Work as a team with line staff, Shift Manager, Quality Auditor and Production Manager to meet the required standards.
  • Lead by example to promote Health and Safety at work.
  • Dispense online training and mentor new starters.
  • Ensure all start‑up/shut‑down checks are carried out.
  • Input all job information correctly into the ice printers (variety, grower code, date, grower).
  • Carry out required quality control checks to ensure each customer specification is met.

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in a similar role. Experience operating a high‑speed packing line in a time‑pressed environment. Excellent communication skills and friendly attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with good attention to detail.
  • Desirable: Food industry experience. Experience in FMCG and food manufacturing.
