Responsibility
The Job Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Professional with experience managing ERP systems. The person in this role will be able to work both independently and as part of the IT Department, providing support, guidance and briefings to other IT colleagues, as well as ensuring that the ERP systems are supported and maintained to an exceptional standard. You will join us on a full-time permanent contract. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide first, second and third line support on the ERP systems
- Act as second and third line escalation point for IT colleagues
- Take responsibility for ERP and IT systems as required, ensuring implementation, support and training completed to the expected standards
- Provide training across the business at all levels to ensure employees can use the system correctly and responsibly
- Ensure all required documentation is completed to the required standards
- Provide Out of Hours support for the business, in line with the rest of the Group IT Department
What we are looking for:
- 3 years working with ERP systems (or equivalent experience through education up to A-Level (IT Related) or equivalent with 2 years working with ERP system OR educated to degree level (IT related) or equivalent with 1 year working with ERP systems)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Database Structures and reporting solutions tools or other database technologies
- Work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel across our Isleham and Sutton Bridge Sites
- Experience of Office 365 & Citrix environments
- Worked within the IT space in a similar industry (FMCG / Fresh produce)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2017
- Knowledge of reporting Services and SQL development skills
