Together with his colleagues he seeks a lawyer with 3-8 years of post admission experience in transactional banking / finance and/or corporate and regulatory work. You will work on a wide range of legal issues while sustaining excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients. The work on offer is broad, interesting, and often high profile.

For CORPORATE lawyers, this is an opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including private equity transactions, IPOs, public and private M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. The firm acts for a blue-chip client base that includes major international financial institutions, multinational businesses, global investment firms and leading onshore law firms.

For FINANCE lawyers you will be considered if you have a general finance background and an understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, secured lending and asset finance structures. Rare opportunity to join a market-leading and growing team in the Cayman Islands.
