THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional family law partner to help shape the next phase of our growth. You will join a collaborative modern practice that matches City-level quality with boutique agility. You will lead complex family law matters assisted by our solicitors with an emphasis on pragmatic and strategic advice. You will build solid client relationships by providing a standout service and champion our bespoke trauma informed approach. You will contribute to the firm's leadership and culture of development by mentoring, supervising and developing the leaders of tomorrow. You will also be an integral part of the firm's marketing initiatives and the strategic direction of the firm.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
With a proven track record as a partner of a firm recognised by the leading directories, you will have demonstrable experience in both complex financial and children arrangements cases and run your cases in a tailored, efficient and outcome-oriented way with a client-centric mindset. You will have excellent leadership skills and be able to demonstrate how you have championed your firm's initiatives and culture, having built up recognisable networking links and showing a track record of personal case referrals. You will have a strong commercial history at your current firm and be able to discuss your financial achievements. You will be a member of Resolution.
