This position is based at Burgess Hill Golf Centre - Golf & Designer Clothing Store, which is situated on the outskirts of Burgess Hill. We are a dedicated family run business.

Your Job Role:
- Full Time: 35-40 hours per week / Part Time: 15-30 hours per week
- Knowledge & selling of designer clothing & golf equipment.
- Advising customers on golf equipment.
- Customer service role serving & taking payments from our customers using the driving range, golf course & academy facilities.
- Taking payment for golf & designer wear store sales.
- Booking appointments.
- Handling cash, closing & locking up of premises.

Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
- Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products & recommend the right solutions.
- Promptly resolve customer complaints & ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with product features & maintain our stores visual appearance in high standards.
- Achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
- Follow & achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, & yearly basis.
- To order new stock & handle returns of merchandise.
- Stock control & levels & comply with inventory control procedures.
- Suggest ways to improve sales going forward.
Qualities Required:
- Ability to perform under pressure & address complaints in a timely manner.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
- High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
- Confident & enthusiastic about working in customer service.
- Reliable & driven.
