Location: Isleham/Sutton Bridge. Hybrid working available with a minimum of 60% on site. Burgess Farms operates from two main manufacturing sites in Isleham and Sutton Bridge and specialises in high‑quality root vegetables and potatoes.
The Role
Reporting to the Group CFO, the FP&A manager will drive planning, budgeting, forecasting and support strategic decision‑making for the business. The role includes commercial analysis, tender processes, margin improvement projects and driving improvements in internal reporting as the business moves forward as a single group.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting/forecasting process, focusing on revenue and gross margin.
- Improve and manage internal business reporting.
- Strategic analysis and decision making.
- Business partner to the Commercial Director.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an FMCG environment and an understanding of the UK retail market. They must be a good communicator who can explain detailed financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders and possess strong analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
