This job is brought to you by the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board. Our Tier 1 Private Client team is continuing to grow and is looking for an experienced Trust Manager to join the team. The team enjoys an excellent reputation throughout the country, advising both national and international clients on complex and high-value matters including tax and estate planning, offshore tax planning, corporate tax and more. As a Trust Manager, you will take ownership of your work and be trusted to manage tasks independently. What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising trustees on the administration of all types of trusts
  • Working closely with our Probate, Succession Planning and Wills teams
  • Advising on the management of trust assets
  • Preparing annual trust accounts and tax returns
  • Providing advice on wider tax matters including: inheritance tax calculations and returns, changes of trustees, the appropriate provision of information to beneficiaries

About you:

  • Relevant previous trust management and accountancy experience
  • Ideally, you will have a relevant accountancy qualification for example, ATT, CTA or STEP qualified
  • Experience using tax software
