The Team Our Banking & Finance team offers comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of clients across borrowers/sponsors, lenders and public sector bodies.
You'll work on transactions across sectors like energy & infrastructure, real estate and financial services.
Our expertise spans real estate finance, project finance, corporate banking, acquisition finance, fund finance, asset-based lending and derivatives.
We provide mentorship, training, and exposure to a variety of transactions and clients, including cross-border deals with international clients and law firms.
You'll collaborate with ambitious and supportive colleagues and prestigious clients like HSBC, Zorin, Lloyds, Tristan Capital, Pluto Capital, Mobico and Octopus.
