You will have the opportunity to work alongside leading corporates, financial institutions, real estate developers and fund investors, as well as Government and public sector bodies.

As well as working on corporate M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, we regularly advise on cross-border structures, financing arrangements, funds and corporate reorganisations.
