This is an opportunity for a Legal Director to join Burges Salmon's "First-rate" Legal 500 Construction & Engineering practice, focusing on construction-related disputes including litigation, adjudication and arbitration.
The role offers scope to develop business, lead client relationships, support senior associates and help shape the team's continued growth.
The Team Part of one of the UK's largest construction practices, the Contentious Construction team advises clients across energy and utilities, transport, real estate and infrastructure, nationally and internationally.
This senior role will help drive that growth, develop the team's market profile and support talented lawyers across the practice.
The team supports clients through complex disputes, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, mediation, expert determination and strategic project advice.
Led by Partner, Jessica Evans, the team offers expert support within a first-class Construction Disputes practice.
The practice is Band 1 ranked in Chambers and Tier 1 in Legal 500, recognised for complex, high-value work.
