The TeamOur Energy & Infrastructure Finance team advises lenders, sponsors, developers, investors and public sector bodies on complex financings across the energy and infrastructure spectrum. From renewable energy and energy transition projects to sustainable transport and major infrastructure developments, we support clients throughout the lifecycle of their assets.
Our lawyers combine specialist project finance expertise alongside corporate, real estate, construction, projects, planning and regulatory colleagues to provide seamless, commercially-focused advice on sophisticated transactions.

What You'll DoYou will play a key role on a wide range of complex and high-profile transactions, including: Project financingsAcquisition and asset financingsRefinancings of operational projectsPortfolio and fund financingsCross-border energy and infrastructure projectsYou'll have direct exposure to clients from the outset, working closely with lenders, sponsors, investors and developers on strategic projects that support energy transition and infrastructure development in the UK and internationally.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated solutions, whilst developing a strong understanding of the sectors and markets in which our clients operate.
What You'll NeedWe're looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded lawyer who enjoys working collaboratively and is motivated by complex, high-value transactions.
You'll ideally have:3-6 years' PQE gained in project finance specificallyExperience acting for lenders and/or borrowersStrong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skillsA desire to develop a specialism in energy and infrastructure financeStrong commercial awareness and an interest in the energy transition and/or infrastructure marketsExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsA collaborative and proactive approach to working with clients and colleaguesQualification as a solicitor in England & Wales or ScotlandWhy Join Us?
