In this role, you will lead on high-value commercial projects, working collaboratively across practice areas to deliver clear, strategic and pragmatic advice. You will handle sophisticated commercial contracts across a range of sectors including Retail, Food & Drink, Sport, Leisure and Logistics, and support clients on regulatory compliance e.g. consumer. You will also have the opportunity to help shape client relationships, mentor junior colleagues and play an active role in business development.

What you will need:
- Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
- 6+ years' PQE in commercial contracts within a recognised practice
- Strong experience advising on commercial agreements (knowledge of IP, data protection and consumer regulation is helpful, but not essential)
- Ability to manage complex projects, draft and negotiate confidently, and work directly with senior stakeholders
- A collaborative approach, commercial acumen, and interest in emerging technologies and evolving regulatory landscapes
