The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is a shift-based, hands-on role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our One Glass Wharf office, with some wider support across our London and Edinburgh offices. Working closely with Front of House, Facilities, IT, Office Services and Health & Safety colleagues, you will help ensure a professional, welcoming and well-run environment for our people, clients and visitors.
Shift pattern:
- Early shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Late shift: 10:00am - 7:00pm
You will be expected to work across both shift patterns.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the Front of House team to deliver a consistently high-quality welcome and client experience
- Assisting with shift coordination, resourcing and acting as a point of escalation for service issues
- Supporting meetings, events and client hospitality activity
- Liaising with Facilities, Building Management and external suppliers on day-to-day office issues
- Monitoring office standards across meeting rooms, shared spaces, security and pantry areas
- Supporting office services such as stationery, post, couriers, DX and storage
- Assisting with health and safety activity, including emergency procedures, drills and compliance data
- Providing administrative support, including invoice processing, record-keeping and budget tracking
- Working with the Senior Operations Manager on service improvements, reporting and projects
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Good IT skills and a willingness to learn basic troubleshooting where needed
- A positive, collaborative mindset and a strong customer-focused approach
- An understanding of health and safety practices (or a willingness to learn – training can be provided)
