Reference: 1512Business Manager – Dispute Resolution We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Business Manager to join our Dispute Resolution department.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work alongside the Head of Department, Partners and Business Services leaders to shape strategy, drive performance and help the department achieve its ambitions.

Working closely with finance, business development and legal teams, you'll use insight, data and commercial thinking to support decision-making, improve operational performance and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients in increasingly complex and fast-moving markets.

What you'll be doing You'll lead and influence across a broad portfolio of activity, including: Driving departmental financial performance, budgeting and profitability initiatives.

Partnering with Business Development and leadership teams to deliver departmental growth plans and client experience initiatives.
Championing innovation, digital enablement, change programmes and continuous improvement.
Acting as a trusted operational partner and leadership proxy where required.
