Would you like to advise leading lenders, investors, developers and sponsors on complex, high-value real estate finance matters? If so, we'd love to hear from you. The Team Our Banking & Finance team provides comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of borrowers, sponsors, lenders and public sector bodies, advising on transactions across sectors including real estate, energy and infrastructure, and financial services. Within the wider team, our Real Estate Finance practice advises UK and international banks, alternative lenders, debt funds, institutional investors, developers and borrowers on sophisticated investment, development and portfolio financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes.
