The opportunities in the nuclear sector are unprecedented, and we are expanding our market‑leading nuclear energy team (within our Projects Department) to meet client need. In joining our nuclear team, you can expect to work and develop alongside market‑leading experts, working on marquee nuclear projects including GW‑scale nuclear new build, the deployment of small and advanced modular reactors, the UK’s first deep geological disposal facility, the UK’s first commercial nuclear fusion plant, the deployment of nuclear‑propelled ships and much more.

What You’ll Need
- Relevant, practical experience providing regulatory and commercial legal advice on nuclear/fusion projects or comparable experience in other energy projects or highly regulated sectors.
- Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
- Be self‑motivated and willing to learn.
- Demonstrable interest in the nuclear energy sector.
- Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
