Join our supportive Digital Learning Team! Are you passionate about digital learning and eager to make a significant impact? We are seeking a talented LMS & Digital Design Specialist to join our Digital Learning Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About The Team

Our team is a dynamic group of 11 digital specialists who excel in leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional results. The Role

As a key member of the Digital Learning Team, you'll manage our LMS, design pages, handle user management, and conduct strategic reviews for continuous improvement. You'll also support the development of e-learning modules, videos, and other digital content.

We embrace a hybrid working model that offers flexibility and supports a healthy work-life balance. Our hybrid working approach allows you to work from home, subject to business needs, with most people spending 40% to 60% of their time in the office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support learners and stakeholders in the day-to-day running of the LMS.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and optimisation of the LMS.
  • Become a subject matter expert in all LMS functionalities.
  • Maintain and update online training materials.
  • Assist in maintaining records of all IT training.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Design Specialist on project planning.
  • Develop the visual design of the learning platform.
  • Create videos and digital learning deliverables.
  • Innovate and improve digital courses for better IT user efficiency.

  • Proven experience in effectively managing a Learning Management System.
  • Digital design experience.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating to various stakeholders.
