As a BFlex lawyer, you will advise on a broad range of commercial matters within financial services, supporting in‑house teams and external clients on strategic legal and regulatory issues. Work may include advising on complex commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing arrangements, manufacturing and supply agreements, product development, fintech initiatives, and risk management. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with key players in the sector and contribute to high‑impact projects shaping the future of financial services in the UK. Key clients include banks, building societies, fintechs, investment firms, asset managers, insurance providers, and other regulated financial institutions.
