We're looking for a

Graphic Designer to play a key role in creating impactful visual communications that support our people, clients and communities.

If you have previous experience in a design role, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high quality, brand-led creative work, we'd love to hear from you.

As part of our Marketing team, you'll work on a broad range of creative projects, collaborating with colleagues across Marketing, Business Development and Communications to deliver outstanding design solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create engaging digital and print materials including campaigns, reports, presentations, social media assets and event collateral.
  • Partner with colleagues across the business to develop creative responses to briefs and provide expert design guidance.
  • Help evolve and protect the Burges Salmon brand, ensuring consistency across all communications.
  • Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, printers and other creative suppliers.
  • Coordinate design projects from concept through to final production.
  • Support the management of the firm’s image library and design assets.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Significant experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a professional services, B2B or corporate environment.
  • A highly adaptable and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital design and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
