Are you an experienced administrator seeking a new challenge, or an assistant looking for your next move? Look no further! We are recruiting a Legal Team Assistant to join our Edinburgh office. This role offers top-class training, a tailored career development programme, and a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Full production of documents (incorporating changes made by lawyers)
- Diary management
- Reporting
- Client onboarding
- Producing invoices and managing files
- Collating expenses
- Coordinating travel arrangements
We offer every new starter a thorough induction and excellent training on our in-house legal systems (including iManage and Aderant). Knowledge of these specific systems is not essential but we do require a confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
