The team
Join our ‘Tier 1’ corporate tax team, recognised for its innovative approach and outstanding results across a wide range of sectors. You will have the opportunity to work alongside leading corporates, financial institutions, real estate developers and fund investors, as well as Government and public sector bodies. Every day brings new opportunities to broaden your expertise and tackle diverse, high-impact work. Our team is dedicated to delivering bespoke solutions to complex tax challenges, and we pride ourselves on our ability to provide clients with high quality tax and structuring advice. As well as working on corporate M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, we regularly advise on cross-border structures, financing arrangements, funds and corporate reorganisations.
What you’ll need
- Relevant experience working on high quality corporate tax matters.
- Ideally, you will have a particular interest or focus on real estate tax and/or corporate M&A tax; however, this is not a mandatory requirement.
- Must be an SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
