The Team
Join one of the largest Corporate M&A teams outside London, sitting within our specialist Corporate Energy team. Our practice acts for developers, investors, and funders across solar, wind, biomass, AD, hydro, storage and energy from waste projects, as well as broader energy transition and Net Zero projects. Key clients include BayWa, Bluefield, ENGIE, Gresham House, Octopus Energy Generation and Ripple Energy.

What You\’ll Need
- Experience in corporate law with a focus on energy sector work
- Experience in renewable energy transactions
- Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
