We are looking for an experienced Competition Lawyer to join our highly regarded team.
The Team
We are one of the UK\βs leading Competition practices offering expert advice and representation before competition and regulatory authorities on antitrust investigations, cartels, abuse of market power, behavioural and compliance issues, and merger control.
We deliver commercial and innovative solutions for our clients and are ranked by Chambers and Partners in Band 1 for Competition Law outside London.
Our expertise includes:
- Representing clients on merger control investigations and foreign investment matters
- Defending clients subject to cartel, abuse of dominance and other competition investigations
- Advising clients on market studies and market investigations
- Advising clients operating in regulated sectors
- Advising clients on the application of competition law to commercial agreements, joint ventures, strategic alliances, business strategies and conduct
- Devising compliance policies and programmes, audits and training

What You\βll Need
- Relevant experience working as a Competition Lawyer.
- Must be an SRA registered lawyer.
- Whilst by no means a prerequisite, a postgraduate qualification in competition law would be advantageous
While a Senior Associate level (6+ PQE) is ideal, we are also open to considering experienced Competition Lawyers with 4+ PQE.
