Kick-start your career in Technology with our 17‑month Information Communication Technician (ICT) Apprenticeship. In today's digital world, strong technology support keeps organisations moving. This apprenticeship gives you hands‑on experience in technology support while building the technical and professional skills you need for a successful career in technology. You’ll learn best‑practice technology techniques, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support users in a secure environment, and gain a solid foundation in modern digital systems. Alongside your role, you receive monthly coaching, workshops, and expert support to help you succeed.
The programme leads to a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship qualification. Duration: typically around 17 months. Position will be based at One Glass Wharf, fully onsite. You will earn whilst you learn. The apprenticeship is delivered through learning provider LeepTalent.
