We're looking for a Senior Business Partner to join our People Advisory team in a role that offers real influence, high-quality work and the chance to partner closely with senior leaders across the firm. You'll work on complex, high-impact people matters, support organisational change and help shape an environment where our people can thrive and perform at their best. You will lead on complex employee relations matters, coach and challenge leaders, and work in partnership with colleagues across the wider People team to deliver a joined-up, thoughtful and commercially grounded approach. What You'll Be Doing
You partner with senior leaders on people plans linked to business priorities, provide expert support on employee relations and change, and use data and insight to help shape sound decisions. You also contribute to a positive colleague experience by bringing clarity, consistency and confidence to the way people matters are handled.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings strong experience from a senior HR, People Advisory or Business Partner role, ideally within professional services or another complex, fast-paced environment. You'll be comfortable navigating sensitive issues, supporting change and building credibility quickly with senior stakeholders. Alongside strong judgement and a sound understanding of UK employment law, you'll bring commercial awareness, emotional intelligence and a collaborative style. Most importantly, you'll care about doing the right thing, building trusted relationships and helping create an environment where people feel they belong and can succeed.
